American Office Solutions ships across the country and operates online from about 20 different websites. The company sells the traditional range of office products along with a little furniture, commercial printing and promotional items. Those lines are all handled by the primary website with ecommerce capabilities, which competes with Staples and WB Mason. We also sell a range of specialized products as well. With the Dealer Commander software it is easy to manipulate the appearance and content of the office products website as most activities can be accomplished from just one screen on the back end. "You can add copy, add images and add key words all from one screen". Adding items can be done in a matter of minutes. We are especially appreciative of the capability to generate unique part numbers, which makes it more difficult for visitors to do competitive shopping. If you need a minor change to your software to improve your operations they will actually change the programming on your platform. "When we decided we needed to upgrade our software front end and back end, we narrowed our search down to four vendors. All four had a solid solution that would have meet our current needs, but we asked all four vendors the same question. Where do you see your product in two or three years from now? Three of them all replied with similar answers, what you see today is what you will see down the road the product is complete. However, one vendor gave us a very different answer they had a plan! "At the end of 2014 we needed to change our software to support our new product line of Office Supplies. In March of 2015 we launched our ecommerce site on Brit 5 with high expectations that our main line of business would be the driving factor on the site.
